1: What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

We offer our customers two types of shipping methods: Standard shipping method and Rush shipping method.

We will choose different shipping methods to send you the goods based on the location of the customer's country.

Standard shipping: 7-10 working days for shipping and 3-5 working days for processing. Shipping fee $7.99

Rush shipping: 4-7 working days for shipping and 3-5 working days for processing. Shipping fee $11.99

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $39.99.

2: How do I get the shipping tracking code for my goods?

After your shipment has been sent, we will send you an email with the tracking code within 24-48 hours. If you have any questions about the shipping code, please contact our customer service department: Service@lockpickmall.com

3: How do I use the freight tracking code to track my shipment?

2. We do not accept P.O. BOX or APO addresses, logistics companies refuse to deliver, and your order is easily lost. If you insist on using the P.O. BOX address, no matter what kind of shipping cost you pay, it will take more than 15 days to receive the goods.
