    Excellent set and great value.

    This was my first purchase on Lockpickmall. a great set that has many different picks included in a very nice case. I have downloaded a couple of books on lock picking and was able to open my first lock in less than 30 seconds! disturbing as it was so easy to gain entry to my garage where my motorbikes and tools are kept! i shall be improving the security there!!!
     
    I have opened a couple of other locks now, one being my front door this took several minutes. Patience and practice are so important. the process can't be rushed.
     
    All in all i feel that this is a great set to start with that will open, with practice many locks. I have found that on some padlocks the picks are a bit big, but slimline ones are available. I shall be getting some soon.
     
    A great new hobby!

    Well Made

    Well made models of locks and well made tools in good zip case. Good for beginners and teaching. I'm dropping one star as the translation in the enclosed booklet was very poor.

    This set is a very basic set but the quality is just amazing. For me the most remarkable for this set is the attention to detail. The lock picks look polished and the quality of the metal is very nice.

    learning curve

    I got the clear lock and the picks...but not the book that I thought was coming with the picks. Im going to be busy figuring out how to pick the clear lock without a book. Was the book supposed to be an eBook? I never saw a posting for an eBook. Help me out a little. I think the kit came a little faster than expected...but Im happy it is finally here.

    Good beginner set for the price

    I’ve just messed around a little so far, but there’s enough of a variety of pick types to open several types of locks. Metal is on the thick side, but sturdy enough. Handles will get in the way. Overall average, but great starter set. Lockpickmall as a seller gets 5 stars.

    Lots of variety in the kit.

    I have no idea what to do with all those picks! But the price was really good, so I figured I would just go for it, and learn. It was delivered one-time, too!
